Cuba participates in the inaugural session of the Ministerial Segment of the 62nd Commission on Narcotic Drugs at the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna

The delegation representing the Government of Cuba in this ministerial event is headed by the Minister of Justice, Mr. Oscar Manuel Silvera Martínez, and is also composed of the Permanent Representative of Cuba to the International Organizations based in Vienna, Ambassador Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios; the Deputy Minister of Justice, Mrs. Lilia María Hernández Doejo; the Secretary of the National Drug Commission, Mr. Antonio Israel Ybarra Suárez; and by members of the Permanent Mission of Cuba to the United Nations Office in Vienna and the International Organizations based in Austria.
