Israeli Aggression in the Middle East Must Stop

Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba expresses deep concern over the unfolding events in the Middle East, driven by the aggressive policies of the State of Israel, with military, logistical, and political support from the U.S. government. These actions have led to a dangerous escalation, further undermining regional stability and security, and provoking a response from Iran.

Cuban Embassy expresses condolences on the death of former Vietnamese president.

On the afternoon of July 26, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy in Austria, Reinier Travieso Guerra signed the book of condolences opened by the Embassy of Vietnam in Vienna, for the death of comrade Nguyen Phú Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and former president of the country.

Head of Consular Affairs meets with the Austrian Consul in Cuba

Vienna, July 22. This morning, the First Secretary in charge of Consular Affairs at the Cuban Embassy in Austria, Reinier Travieso Guerra, received at the headquarters of this Mission, Mr. Edwin Ferner, who performs the same functions at the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Havana.

During the cordial meeting, both diplomats exchanged on the state of bilateral relations, as well as the potentialities for strengthening them. They also exchanged on various aspects of consular, migratory and international issues.
