Vienna, August 15, 2026 – The screening of the documentary “Anecdotes of Fidel,” by renowned American filmmaker Estela Bravo, was part of the tribute to the Commander-in-Chief organized by the Cuban Embassy in Austria as part of the activities marking the centennial of his birth. The event brought together representatives from various Austrian political parties and organizations, members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Vienna, members of the Cuban community residing in Austria, and staff from the Cuban diplomatic mission.

The exhibition, by Chilean artist and solidarity activist Luis Villaroel, who resides in Austria, brings together a remarkable collection of posters that capture the iconic covers of the magazine *Cuba SÍ*, published by the Austria-Cuba Friendship Association (OKG), dedicated to the historic leader of the Revolution.
