Cuba and Slovenia: A Youth Dialogue That Becomes a Roadmap for Solidarity

Vienna, May 14—A virtual meeting between Pablo Berti Oliva, Cuba’s ambassador to Austria (also accredited to Slovenia), and young Slovenian university students provided an opportunity for dialogue on the situation on the island, the intensification of the U.S. blockade, and ways to strengthen international solidarity.

The conference was organized by the Slovenian Student Association ISKRA, members and representatives of the “Predijmo Embargo” campaign, who recently traveled to Cuba as part of the main activities for May 1.
