Vienna, June 12, 2026 - The president of the Austrian Labor Party (PdA), Otto Bruckner, published a commentary in the party’s official newspaper, *Zeitung der Arbeit* (ZdA), in which he analyzes the critical situation facing Cuba due to the intensification of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States, while highlighting the resilience of the revolutionary government and the Cuban people.

Vienna, June 10, 2026. – Cuba reported to the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that the intensification of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States is severely hindering its access to nuclear technical cooperation and causing an unprecedented deterioration in the health of its population.
