Cuba ratifies in Lebanon historical support to the Palestinian cause

The head of the Cuban mission in Lebanon, Jorge León Cruz, ratified here today his country's historic support to the Palestinian cause.

In a meeting with the ambassador of Palestine in this capital, Ashraf Dabour, the Cuban diplomat conveyed his condolences to his counterpart for the Palestinian martyrs and denounced Tel Aviv's practices against the people of the brotherly country.

The Cuban chief of mission thanked the Palestinians for their solidarity with Cuba in the struggle against the blockade imposed by the United States for more than six decades.

On the occasion, both parties welcomed the close relations existing between Palestine and Cuba.
