Cuba regrets the loss of human lives and the damage caused by heavy rains in northern India.

The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, conveyed his deepest condolences, on behalf of the Cuban people and government, to His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India, for the unfortunate loss of human lives and material damage caused by the heavy rains and floods in northern India.
