Cuban Ambassador attended to the Connected Caribbean Summit 2025

The Cuban Ambassador to Grenada, Ivette Martinez,participated in the Connected Caribbean Summit 2025, where more than 200 leaders from the region, under the theme "Catalyzing the Transformation of the Caribbean," are exchanging ideas on how to accelerate regional progress in priority areas: economic resilience, digital innovation, judicial reform, strengthening governance, modernizing education, and financial inclusion.

Over five days, government officials, justice leaders, innovators, investors, and youth engaged in action-oriented discussions on digital innovation, economic resilience, justice reform, climate readiness, and education modernization, all aimed at driving coordinated regional progress.These essential aspects will drive sustainable development and inclusive growth throughout the region.

In his Opening Session remarks, Prime Minister Honourable Dickon Mitchell reminded participants that transformation begins at home and must flow into national progress and united Caribbean action.
