Cuban Ambassador Attends Seminar on Transitional Justice and Reparations for Victims of Civil Conflict

Liberia, one of the African nations long affected by armed civil conflict, has built peace and is working diligently for unity and peaceful coexistence. One of its cornerstones is the series of debates and presentations by those affected by the war, survivors of massacres, and government legal authorities.
