Cuban Ambassador in Canadá meets with Minister of International Development.

Cuban Ambassador to Canada Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz held a meeting with the Honorable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of International Development, during which he expressed his gratitude for the projects of cooperation currently are being developed with Canada. 

The meeting was also an opportunity to explore new possibilities, including triangular cooperation with third countries in areas such as food security, renewable energies, gender equality, climate change, among others. 

Both parties reaffirmed the good state of bilateral relations, which will reach their 80th anniversary in March 2025. 

Ambassador Malmierca Díaz was accompanied by counselors Dany Tur de la Concepción and Isaylin Cabañas Vera.
