Cuban Ambassador goes to Lao Embassy to sign book of condolences.

Kuwait, April 6: The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Alain Pérez Torres, went to the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to sign the book of condolences for the death of former Laotian President His Excellency General Khamtay Siphandone.
