During the intervention of the Cuban Ambassador Oscar Martinez Cordovés, the Cuban diplomat stressed, among other things, how the economic and financial blockade imposed by the US against Cuba also affects the cultural development of the island.
In the activity was distributed among the participants a rare photograph of Fidel and Che Guevara given by the Embassy.
