Cuban Ambassador offers a lecture at the Institute of International Relations of Turkmenistan

The Cuban ambassador in Turkmenistan, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, gave a lecture at the Institute of International Relations of Turkmenistan.

The diplomat highlighted in his conference the social achievements of his nation and the current state of political, diplomatic and economic-commercial relations between Havana and Ashgabat.

Nieves Portuondo, makes a visit to Turkmenistan where he has held official meetings aimed at re-launching economic and multilateral cooperation relations.
