Cuban Ambassador participates in conversation about Essequibo

The Cuban Ambassador was invited along with other diplomatic colleagues to a discussion at the Venezuelan Embassy in Kuwait, to attend a presentation offered by His Excellency the Venezuelan Ambassador, on his country's dispute over the Essequibo.
