Wiener Neustadt, December 19. The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Austria, Pablo Berti Oliva, paid a working visit today to the historic city of Wiener Neustadt in Lower Austria, strengthening ties of cooperation and mutual understanding.
The agenda included a cordial meeting with the Mayor of Wiener Neustadt, Mr. Klaus Schneeberger, and other sports authorities from the city and the federal state. In an atmosphere of constructive dialogue, ideas were exchanged on the potential for promoting bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest, and the importance of deepening cultural ties and friendship between the peoples of Cuba and Austria was highlighted.
Ambassador Berti Oliva underscored Cuba's commitment to strengthening its relations with all Austrian territories. “Sport is a universal bridge of peace and unity. The projects undertaken in this city reinforce the friendship that connects us,” added the diplomat.
This visit is part of Cuba's foreign policy of promoting respectful dialogue and collaboration with all sectors of Austrian society, building bridges of solidarity and mutually beneficial cooperation.
