The Cuban Embassy in Ethiopia accompanies Venezuela in the commemoration of the 214 anniversary of its Independence

Addis Ababa, July 5, 2025.- Members of the Cuban Diplomatic Mission in Ethiopia had the honor of accompanying the Embassy of the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the commemoration of the 214 anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, in a solemn and emotional ceremony held at the headquarters of its Mission in Addis Ababa.

Surrounded by historical symbols, traditional music, and an atmosphere of Latin American fraternity, we commemorate the heroic deed of July 5, 1811, which marked the beginning of the path toward sovereignty and self-determination for the Venezuelan people.

Cuba congratulates the courageous Venezuelan people on this momentous date and reiterates its support for the Bolivarian Revolution.
