Monrovia, September 27, 2024 - The Cuban Head of Mission in Liberia Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera, attended at the invitation of the Chinese Embassy in the African country, a reception on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Asian country.
During the reception, the Cuban diplomat exchanged with the Chinese Ambassador Yin Chengwu and let him know that in Cuba there is a very friendly people of the Chinese people; people who now have even closer exchanges, especially since the first half of this year, with the announcement by Cuba of visa exemption for Chinese citizens, the recovery of direct flight China-Cuba, which allows more Chinese to travel to the Greater of the Antilles for tourism, to study, to do business, making the exchange of people to people every day closer.
