The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon condemns the terrorist attack against the Cuban Embassy in the U.S.
The Cuban head of mission in Lebanon, Jorge Leon Cruz, received a delegation of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, headed by its representative in Beirut, Ali Faysal, who expressed his condemnation of the terrorist attack perpetrated against the Cuban Embassy in Washington.
The FDLP representative also presented his congratulations for the successful results of the recent celebration of the G-77 and China Summit and reaffirmed the traditional solidarity of the FDPL with the people and government of the largest island of the Caribbean.
The Cuban diplomat also expressed his gratitude for the traditional support of the FDLP in the denunciation and struggle against the blockade and the exclusion of Cuba from the spurious list of countries that sponsor terrorism drawn up unilaterally by the U.S. government and in which it should never have been. He also ratified Cuba's support and solidarity with the Palestinian cause to achieve the establishment of an independent Palestinian State, with its capital in Jerusalem, its pre-1967 borders and the right of return of Palestinian refugees.
León also gave current information on the positive results of the G-77 and China Summit held recently in Havana and thanked the FDLP for its traditional expressions of support and solidarity with Cuba.
