Economic Times published an interesting article about 65 years of Bilateral Relations between Cuba and India.

Gwalior, October 4th, 2025.- Regarding the visit of Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan Aguilera to the Scindia Research Centre in Gwalior, several newspapers have highlighted the visit by the Cuban diplomat as an expression of the deep relationship that unites both peoples.  The Digital Economic Times of India published an interesting article covering 65 years of bilateral relations between Cuba and India. Noting key milestones in the bilateral relationship, from the meeting of the Commander-in-Chief, Fidel Castro and leader J. Nehru, in Harlem to the most recent meeting between President Miguel Díaz Calen and Prime Minister S. Narendra Modi, The historical relationship between Cuba and India has been based on mutual respect, solidarity and close cooperation in the face of common challenges as States of the Global South. In the context of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral political relations, this article highlights the principles that have consolidated a historical relationship and reaffirms the numerous existing possibilities for its strengthening.
