Embassy of Cuba in Ethiopia pays tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz on the 98th anniversary of his birth

Addis Ababa, August 13, 2024. Members of the Cuban Embassy in Ethiopia paid tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz on the 98th anniversary of his birth. 

The Secretary General of the PCC, Mercedes Ántunez, highlighted the historical legacy of the leader of the Cuban Revolution and his example to efficiently and creatively face the tasks of the revolution, in a scenario where imperialism increases its actions to undermine the sovereignty of the nation.

The Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Natalys Dinza, reaffirmed the commitment of Cubans to keep alive the invincible example of the work and legacy of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro.
