Embassy of Cuba in Ethiopia recognizes the work of its young people on the 63 anniversary of the UJC

Addis Ababa, April 4, 2025.- On the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the Young Communist Union (UJC), the Cuban Embassy in Ethiopia highlighted the dedication and commitment of its young officials.

During the day, the Cuban ambassador to Ethiopia, Meylin Suárez, and the ambassador to the African Union, Lucas D. Hernández, highlighted the important role of youth in diplomatic work and in the continuity of revolutionary values.

In a small activity together with the rest of the members of the mission, the work of the young people was recognized, underlining their enthusiasm, responsibility and contribution to the collective work of the diplomatic mission.
