It is our fervent hope that your term will be marked by even greater achievements at home and abroad. As you embark on this new journey' we look forward to deepening friendship and cooperation so happily subsisting between our two countries and peoples. Nonetheless, we will continue to forge common fronts for the promotion of international Peace, security and Development. Please accept, Mr. President, the assurances of my highest consideration and esteem. May God Almighty continue to grant you the wisdom, foresight, and good health to successfully guide your great country and people sincerely.
