Government of Cuba declares Official Mourning

The Government of Cuba declares Official Mourning for the deep pain of the Cuban people in face of the unfortunate accident occurred at Saratoga hotel.

We thank the Government of Kuwait, the accredited diplomatic corps and all the friends who expressed their condolences to the families and relatives of the victims, in face of such a fateful event.
