Henry Reeve Medical Brigade celebrates Anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution.
In the midst of the restrictions imposed by the spread of Covid-19 and the little time available before the fulfillment of their duty, a group of our health collaborators, together with the Cuban Embassy in Kuwait, carried out a simple but emotional act to commemorate the advent of the 62nd anniversary of our Revolution.
The event recalled the history of our medical cooperation, the dignity and dedication of hundreds of thousands of Cuban health professionals who have provided and provide services in distant parts of the world and the recognition they have managed to earn.
In that tribute, the memory of our Commander in Chief Fidel, architect of medical collaboration, of his humanism and internationalism, could not be missing.
The Henry Reeve brigade in Kuwait is made up of 185 members, including nurses and doctors. They have been in Kuwait for 6 months where they have saved hundreds of lives and executed more than 30,000 medical procedures.
