As it was timely reported, due to external pressure, CARD COMPLETE SERVICE BANK AG decided to cancel the service of payment by means of bank cards, contracted with the Consular Section of the Embassy of Cuba in Austria (with jurisdiction in Croatia and Slovenia), without previous notice.
For this reason, the Consular Section has had to modify the charge system for the services it provides to its customers, who will not be able to pay using their cards from now on.
From this moment on, the payment of the consular services in our offices should be executed by means of one of the following alternatives:
To previously or directly deposit the total value of the service, in the bank account of the Embassy of Cuba in Austria, after coordination with the Consular Section. For the execution of the consular service, clients should deliver their original bank slip of the transfer.
To previously execute a bank transfer to the bank account of the Embassy of Cuba in Austria. For the execution of the consular service, clients should deliver their original bank slip of the transfer.
