As of October 1, 2026, an update to the current Consular Fee Schedule will enter into force.
As a result of the current complex international macroeconomic environment, marked by sustained global inflation affecting all sectors of the economy, the consular fees currently in effect are being rationally adjusted, a practice frequently adopted by countries in relation to the various services they provide.
An update to these fees will enter into force on October 1, allowing us to continue improving the quality, security, and efficiency of the consular services provided to Cubans residing abroad.
We will continue working intensively to ensure efficient and professional consular management throughout our network of General Consulates and consular offices.

ANNEX I
CONSULAR FEES
PROCEDURES RELATED TO CONSULAR REGISTRATION AND MIGRATION FUNCTIONS
1. Registration or certification of registration in the Consular Register
Issuance of consular registration card or certificate of consular registration, or duplicate: 30.00 USD/Euro
2. Passport applications
a) First issuance, renewal or loss: 200.00 USD/Euro
(Over 16 years of age, validity of 10 years)

7. Civil Registry and other certificates
The fee for applications for Civil Registry and other documents is governed by section 16.d. of this Annex: 30.00 USD/Euro
For the issuance of these certificates, the following fee is charged upon delivery: 110.00 USD/Euro
Birth, marriage, common-law union, death, criminal record, divorce, last will and testament, declaration of heirs and certificate of single status.
Legal capacity: 110.00 USD/Euro
Literal copies of documents: 160.00 USD/Euro
Other documents: 80.00 USD/Euro
If the document must be legalized by the diplomatic or consular representation of the country in Cuba and by MINJUS, the following sections of this Annex apply at the time of application:

The fee for applications for citizenship and immigration documents is governed by section 16.d. of this Annex (30.00 USD/Euro), except for subsection g) of this section.
For the issuance of certificates, the following fees are charged upon delivery:

b) Certificate from the Citizenship Registry: 190.00 USD/Euro

For the issuance of these certificates, the following fees are charged upon delivery:
a) Certificates of grades for completed studies, study programs and subject plans: 290.00 USD/Euro
b) Certificate of graduation: 240.00 USD/Euro
c) Issuance of valid diploma: 240.00 USD/Euro
d) Other certificates: 290.00 USD/Euro
If these documents also require legalization by the bodies of the Central State Administration:

13. Celebration of marriages before the Consul
Celebration of the marriage ceremony: 210.00 USD/Euro
For the remaining procedures associated with the act, the fees established in this Consular Fee Schedule shall apply.
14. Registration or notarization
For the notarization of any document or file: 120.00 USD/Euro
