The Lebanese Minister of Information assesses with the Cuban ambassador the bilateral ties and the celebration of the international event "Operation Truth" to be held in Havana.

The interim Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, received the Cuban Ambassador to Lebanon, Jorge Leon Cruz, in his office at the ministry and exchanged on current events and the general situation, as well as bilateral relations and prospects for strengthening them.

During the meeting they also discussed preparations for the media forum "Operation Truth", in which Minister Makary will participate and deliver a speech at the opening session.

The forum is scheduled to be held in Havana on January 21-22, at the invitation of the "Prensa Latina" news agency.
