Lebanese Solidarity
The Lebanese Communist Party expressed its solidarity with the Antillean Island in view of the terrorist attack suffered by the Cuban embassy in Washington, last Sunday.
In a message, the secretary of the political organization, Hanna Ghareeb, condemned the attack and underlined his support to Cuba, as a symbol of national and social liberation.
At the same time, the Lebanon-Cuba Friendship Association described the action as cowardly and expressed its repudiation of these serious events.Signed by its president Maurice Nohra, the collective reiterated its solidarity with the Cuban Revolution and its sovereignty.
For their part, the Palestinian Graduates of Cuban Universities and Institutes (PGCUI) expressed their disapproval and recalled how terrorist gangs supported, financed, trained and directed by the CIA operate inside and outside the territory of the United States. The message was send by the president of the PGCUI, Ali El Khatib.
