Lebanon reaffirms support and solidarity with Cuba
Mr. Ghadi Khouri, Director General for Political and Consular Affairs of the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, received Ambassador Jorge León Cruz, who delivered a letter from Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, addressed to Lebanese Foreign Minister H.E. Abdullah Bou Habib.
During the fruitful meeting, they also analyzed the regional and international situation; reviewed the excellent level of bilateral relations between the two countries; and assessed the prospects for deepening coordination in multilateral forums and international events.
The Cuban diplomat took the opportunity to reiterate his gratitude for the solidarity support in favor of the struggle of the people against the blockade and noted the interest and willingness to continue deepening mutually beneficial ties between Cuba and Lebanon.
