The Tourism Office of the Consulate General of Cuba in Toronto organized an important activity with the main promoters of tourism to our island.
In a family atmosphere, the Tourism Counselor, Lessner Gomez highlighted the intense and important work in the promotion of our “Unique Cuba” of each and every one of the tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, media and influencers. Gomez insisted on the need to maintain the intense and active action in all platforms to promote together the new initiatives and the reality that this sector lives in Cuba in the face of media actions that try to discourage Canadian tourism to our country.
The moment was propitious for the Consul General, Jorge Yanier Castellanos Orta and other members of the consulate, to exchange with the attendees, recognize and encourage their decisive work in preserving the travel of Canadians to our country, where a hospitable and familiar people will still welcome them.
