Malawi Army Commander receives the Cuban Ambassador.
Lilongwe, November 23, 2023. The Malawi Army Commander, Paul Valentino Phiri, received the Cuban Ambassador Marileydis Dueñas Morales.
During the meeting they exchanged about the possibilities of cooperation between both countries, emphasizing in the natural risks management.
