Addis Ababa, March 7, 2024. The Cuban Ambassador to Ethiopia, Jorge Lefebre Nicolás, visited the new headquarters of the Prosperity Party and held a pleasant meeting with the Minister of State responsible for Foreign Affairs of the party, Tesfahun Gobezai. During the conversation, they addressed multiple issues related to the history of relations between the two countries; Cuba's contribution to Ethiopia's development in the fields of health, education and sports; and opportunities to also consolidate partisan relations and knowledge of our societies.
There was also space to taste delicious Ethiopian coffee and talk about the history and culture of this great nation in the Horn of Africa and its ties to Caribbean culture.
