The National Federation of Trade Unions of Workers and Employees of Lebanon (FENASOL) expresses its warm congratulations to the Cuban leadership and the Cuban working class through the Cuban Embassy in Lebanon for the victory over U.S. imperialism in its aggressive practices against Cuba and its people.
We extend our warm congratulations and solidarity for the removal of Cuba from the list of countries that sponsor terrorism according to the pretensions of U.S. imperialism.
We believe that the campaign of popular solidarity, unions and forces of solidarity, have been in the reversal of this decision that has been imposed by the leaders of U.S. imperialism.
The National Federation of Trade Unions of Workers and Employees of Lebanon (FENASOL) renews its solidarity and permanent support for the Cuban working class and its revolutionary union and free leadership and emphasizes the demand to free Cuba and its proud people from the blockade.
The blockade imposed for many years on Cuba and its economic resources deprives Cubans of food, medicine and freedom of movement, a people that has always supported the central Palestinian cause and its solidarity with Lebanon.
We renew our congratulations and solidarity with Cuba and our determination to end the suffering.
