Addis Ababa, August 30, 2024.- The new ambassador of Venezuela to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, H.E. Mr. Eddy José Cordova Corcega made his first courtesy visit to the Cuban embassy in Addis after his recent arrival in the country.
The ambassador was received at the headquarters of the Cuban Foreign Ministry by the chargé d'affaires a.i., Natalys Dinza, who welcomed him to the country, while thanking him for the visit offered.
The Venezuelan ambassador, for his part, said he was excited to make this visit to his sister Cuban embassy and meet the members of the mission, who have been, as he has been told, an important support for the Venezuelan embassy.
During the meeting, both parties exchanged on issues of mutual interest at the regional and multilateral levels.
The Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Natalys, wished the new Venezuelan ambassador success in his new duties.
The ambassador was accompanied on the visit by his wife and the Minister Counselor of the Venezuelan embassy, Mr. Zael Fernández.
