NOTICE of the Consular Office of Cuba in Ottawa

Ottawa, April 30, 2018.- As previously informed in the web site http://misiones.minrex.gob.cu/en/articulo/public-notice-consulate-cuba-o..., the Consular Section of Cuba in Ottawa will no longer accept cash as form of payment for consular fees for the services provided to the Cuban community or to foreign citizens, as of Wednesday May 2nd, 2018.

From that date, payment of consular fees can only be made through INTERAC debit cards, Money Order or Certified Checks from a Canadian Bank.

If the application is made by mail, payments must be made by Money Order or Certified Check payable to “Embassy of Cuba”.
