Personalities from the Government, Diplomatic Corps and friends of #Cuba, expressed their accompaniment by signing the book of condolences opened at our Embassy, for the pass away of comrade Ricardo Alarcon de Quesada, former Pres. Nat. Assembly and former Foreign Minister. Till wednesday, near 70 peoples expressed their condolences online or by being present at our Mission.
