The Political Bureau of the Lebanese Communist Party condemns the continued U.S. pressure against Cuba, the interference in its internal affairs and the attempt to destabilize its security and stability.
The criminal U.S. blockade against Cuba, which has remained in place for decades despite UN General Assembly resolutions rejecting it, is the greatest crime against the Cuban people and the main reason for the economic hardship it suffers.
The party expresses its solidarity with Cuba, its people, its leadership and its Communist Party, and calls on all national and progressive forces in the world to stand in solidarity with Cuba against the blockade, against foreign interference and to condemn the United States and its anti-Cuban policies.
