Representatives of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Prosperity Party of Ethiopia meet in Russia

Addis Ababa, June 17, 2024.- In the context of the Forum of Political Parties of the BRICS and associated countries held in Russia, the Head of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Emilio Lozada García held a meeting with the Vice President of the Prosperity Party of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Adem Farah.  

During the meeting, Mr. Emilio expressed to his Ethiopian counterpart the Cuban Party's willingness to advance in the development of ties with the Ethiopian Party. 

Last May, an official invitation was extended to the Prosperity Party to visit the Republic of Cuba.
