Saint Lucia Minister for Sports visits Cuba.

Castries, February 23, 2018. Honorable Edmund Estephane, Minister for Youth Development and Sports, visited Cuba to assess the prospects of bilateral exchange in sport. During the visit he met with Antonio Becali Garrido, President of the Cuban Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation, and visited several facilities dedicated to the development of that activity. Cuba and Saint Lucia work to strengthen the exchange in sports. During his visit, the Minister of Saint Lucia participated in the celebration of the Independence Day of his country, on February 22, an activity carried out at the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, ICAP.
