St. Lucia´s Minister of Health thanks Cuban doctors´ help

Castries, Jul 17, 2020.- The Minister of Health of Saint Lucia, Mary Isaac, expressed on behalf of her people and government the gratitude to the Cuban health workers for their effort in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

As reflected on his Twitter account, the Cuban diplomatic mission in Santa Lucia territory, Isaac highlighted before local press the contribution and service provided by the Cuban health personnel during these months of struggle against Covid-19.

Of the 113 Cuban health workers who arrived on March 27 in Santa Lucia, a total of 29 nurses and one doctor completed the mission of providing well-being and quality of life to locals amid the pandemic.

Minister Isaac recognized the free, voluntary and humanistic help of Cuban health workers, whom she praised for providing an 'extremely well' service.
