Strawberry and Chocolate at the 27th Edition of the Ottawa Latin American Film Festival.

The emblematic Cuban film "Strawberry and Chocolate" was presented at the 27th edition of the Ottawa Latin American Film Festival, organized by the GRULA Embassies in Canada.

The screening was attended by the Cuban Ambassador to Canada, Rodrigo Malmierca, along with other members of the Latin American diplomatic corps in Ottawa, as well as Cuban film lovers in the Canadian capital.

As part of the event, tribute was paid to "Strawberry and Chocolate" on its 30th Anniversary; to the National Film Award 2024 and star of the film, Jorge Perugorria; to the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) on its 65th Anniversary and to all Cuban cinematography, an expression of the defense of culture, traditions and social conquests.
