Vienna, October 27. Supportive friends of Croatia published an article in the “Dalmatia Portal” against the pressure and threats being exerted on countries that vote in favor of Cuba's resolution against the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba at the United Nations.
These supportive friends denounce that the dissemination of misinformation by the United States is an attempt to hide the fact that the country's real difficult situation is due to the economic, commercial, and financial blockade that has been imposed on our country for more than 60 years.

On October 28 and 29, 2025, the United Nations General Assembly will debate and vote on the resolution presented by Cuba entitled “Necessity of ending the economic, commercial, and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba.” This resolution has been approved by an overwhelming majority of the international community, and this will be the 33rd time that the document has been presented.
