They advocate the strengthening of interbank ties between Lebanon and Cuba
The Vice-President of Fransabank in Lebanon, Adan Kassar, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Jorge P. León Cruz, who was warmly welcomed and wished success in the performance of his mission.
The occasion was an opportunity to review the positive inter-bank links and exchanges and the satisfactory commercial relations existing between Lebanon and Cuba.
During the friendly meeting, the willingness and interest in continuing to work towards the consolidation of the excellent and mutually beneficial bilateral ties was evident.
Fransabank was established in Beirut in 1921, as a branch of one of the largest French banks of the time. The FRANSABANK SAL Representative Office in Havana was inaugurated in 1995 and has developed financial services with various Cuban companies.
