Vice Minister of Justice holds bilateral meeting with Angola's Secretary of State for the hospital area.

Vienna, March 12. The Vice Minister of Justice, Pilar Varona, held a meeting with the Secretary of State for the hospital area, Mr. Leonardo Europeu Inocencio, Head of the Delegation of the Republic of Angola in the framework of the activities of the Cuban Delegation to the 68th session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs.

During the exchange, both parties discussed the excellent state of the historical relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. In addition, they exchanged on the favorable execution of technical cooperation projects and the potential for strengthening the exchange in prevention, treatment and fight against the world drug problem.

Accompanied by the Permanent Representative of this country to the United Nations in Vienna, the director of the Institute for the Fight against Drugs of the African country, as well as other officials of the Ministry of Health and the Permanent Mission of Angola, the Secretary of State conveyed warm greetings from the Minister of Health of his country to his counterpart in Cuba and ratified the strong ties that unite Cuba and Angola and highlighted the work currently being carried out by Cuban collaborators.
