New Delhi, 10th November 2025- The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Textiles of India, H.E. Mr. Shri Pabitra Margherita, arrived in Cuba on November 9 to make an official visit to our country. Held official discussions with the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, On the occasion of which both reaffirmed their common desire to strengthen relations between our fraternal peoples in the context of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic political relations between Cuba and India. For his part, the Cuban President thanked the sending of a shipment of humanitarian aid donated by India after the passage of the devastating Hurricane Melissa in the east of the country.
