Cuban diplomats in the United States reaffirm their support for the Revolution

Shouting "Homeland or Death", members of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Washington D.C. reaffirmed their political commitment to the Revolution. 
Those present repudiated the genocidal blockade maintained by the United States against the Caribbean nation and, as recently stated by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, "Through the genocidal blockade, they intend to suffocate us and, through the everyday scarcities and difficulties they impose on us, they articulate another type of war from the platforms they control and use in usufruct".

Solidarity with Cuba from Los Angeles, USA.

Representatives of solidarity organizations in California reiterated the continuity of their struggle against the US blockade of Cuba and in the search for the normal relations that should exist today between the two countries.

"It was an honor and a joy to join the Sanctuary of Hope and the Hands off Cuba Committee in Los Angeles to receive Ambassador Lianys Torres", Reverend Kelvin Sauls told Prensa Latina.

Important regional tourism meeting will be held in Cuba.

UN Tourism's Regional Director for the Americas, Gustavo Santos, informed today that the Cuban beach resort of Varadero will host an important meeting of the travel sector.

During an interview with the European publication Travel Trade Caribbean (TTC), the official said that the 69th Meeting of the Regional Commission for the Americas (CAM) and the Seminar: Enhancing tourism development through innovation in community-based tourism (April 29-30) will be held in Varadero.

Cultural links unite Cuban and U.S. cities

Considering the historical ties that unite the cities of Holguin, Cuba and Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA; the mayor of the latter, Alan Webber, declared March 20,21 and 22 as "Holguin and Santa Fe Days".
The proclamation is sustained in the cultural traditions that since colonial times link both cities; as well as in the dissimilar exchanges that are carried out in this sector.
Our citizens wish to expand these connections and cultural ties to improve relations between the countries and understanding between the two peoples, the proclamation adds.

At the gates in Cuba Festival A Bridge to Havana.

Dedicated to the Cuban capital as Creative City of Music, the International Festival A Bridge to Havana will be held from April 26 to 28, according to the official note of the event released today.

In this new edition, Havana's Club 500 José Antonio Echeverría will host on its stage outstanding Cuban artists such as Los Van Van, Waldo Mendoza, Karamba, Buena Fe and Havana D'Primera, who will merge talent with musicians from Holland, Spain and Colombia.
