Cuba reiterates its solidarity with the brotherly people of Mexico

Cuba condemned, in the strongest terms, the violent raid by the Ecuadorian police on the diplomatic headquarters of Mexico in Quito on April 5, considering it a flagrant violation of International Law, in particular the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the right to asylum and the sovereignty of that nation.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla's statement was made at the Extraordinary Ministerial Meeting of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

Virtual meeting between Cuba and Saint Kitts and Nevis marks a new path of cooperation.

On Tuesday afternoon, took place the first coordination meeting for a future joint cooperation project between Saint Kitts and Nevis and Cuba, in the Construction sector. During the meeting, topics of common interest were reviewed, while were laid the foundations for the beginning of a project that will continue to strengthen and diversify the historical cooperative relations between these sister nations of the Caribbean

Cuban Ambassador paid a courtesy call to the Parliament of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

The ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, David Rivero Pérez, paid a courtesy call to the Speaker of the National Assembly of Saint Kitts and Nevis, the Honorable Lanein Blanchette, who was accompanied by Ms Trevlyn Stapleton, clerk of this Parliament and Mauriel Knight, deputy clerk. During the cordial meeting, held in the National Assembly Chambers at Government Headquarters, both parties congratulated themselves on the good state of bilateral relations and expressed the will to continue strengthening the ties between the respective Parliaments.

ALBA-TCP rejects destabilization attempts against Cuba 

The ALBA-TCP member countries reaffirm our firm solidarity with the Cuban people and government, express our support for its legitimate denunciation against enemy campaigns, as well as our recognition of its tireless efforts to overcome all the difficulties resulting from the brutal and illegal economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the government of the United States of America against Cuba, which since the Lester Mallory Memorandum has been causing hardships to the Cuban people in order to justify an external intervention.
