Посол Кубы в Азербайджане Альфредо Фидель Ньевес Портуондо ознакомился с деятельностью отдела информации на испанском языке, только начавший свою деятельность в АЗЕРТАДЖ.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, toured the facilities of the AZERTAC news agency and his new language dedicated to information in Spanish.
During the visit the Cuban diplomat was received by the President of the agency, Aslan Aslanov, whom he praised for the creation of the team and appreciated the importance of spreading the Azerbaijani reality in different languages.
Both parties, analyzed future collaborations and considered very valuable the exchange of information about what happens in our nations.
The International Tourism Fair of Cuba, FITCuba 2019, on its 39th edition is the most important event in the Cuban Tourism Industry.
On this occasion the fair will be held at the Fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña – construction of the eighteenth century, part of the Historic Center of Old Havana, declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 1982 by UNESCO.

During the meetings held between the general manager in Baku of Turkish Airlines Inc, Ilyas Seyfullah, and the Cuban ambassador, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, it was highlighted that the company is satisfied to reach Cuba and transport hundreds of avid travelers to know their culture and his people.
Flights to Havana operate three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in both directions.
