Cuban officials from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the National Bureau of Statistics carry out a study visit in Ireland, sponsored by the Cuba-European Union Expert Program.

Dublin. September, 2018. From 11 to 15 September, a delegation of Cuban officials visits the Irish capital, as part of a study visit sponsored by the Cuba-European Union Expert Program, to search about experiences of this country in the export of services and its statistical capture. The delegation consists of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment (MINCEX) and the National Bureau of Statistics of Cuba (ONEI) and has been accompanied by Ambassador Hugo René Ramos Milanés.

How is a pretext for a cold war manufactured?.

A pretext is all that is needed to start a conflict, something with which the United States has experience, from the Spanish-American War, to Vietnam, Iraq… but its latest efforts to vilify Cuba are unique.
Last year, the U.S. asserted that its diplomatic personnel in Cuba had been affected by “sonic attacks,” an accusation that has been developed in the media in an attempt to justify launching a Cold War.

Solidarity with Cuba in Belfast pays tribute to the Cuban hero Fernando Gonzalez Llort.

Belfast, June 22, 2018. Fernando Gonzalez Llort, Hero of the Republic of Cuba and President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples concluded his activities in Belfast with a meeting with representatives of the organizations of solidarity with Cuba, the meeting was chaired by Jackie Pollock, member of the executive of the "Irish Congress of Trade Unions" and Regional Secretary of UNITE.

The Cuban hero Fernando González visited sites that remember the victims of the conflict in Northern Ireland.

Belfast, June 22, 2018. During his visit to Belfast Fernando González Llort had the opportunity to visit various places that perpetuate the memory of fallen republicans and numerous civilian victims of conflicts in Northern Ireland, also erected as monuments to peace that families and new generations strive to consolidate and preserve.
