There is a growing worldwide demand to end the US blockade of Cuba to help the international battle against the coronavirus pandemic.

The Cuban Ambassador to the UK participated in the launching of the book "We are Cuba"

The Ambassador of Cuba to the United Kingdom, Bárbara Elena Montalvo Álvarez, participated today in the online launch of the book We are Cuba by British academician Helen Yaffe. We are Cuba offers an analysis of the last 30 years of the Cuban revolutionary process and how the Cuban people has survived the post-Soviet Union era.

The diplomat congratulated the author and highlighted that, despite her youth, Yaffe has become a referent academician in the UK for Cuban topics. Likewise, the Ambassador thanked the honesty with which the author conducted this project.
