Kenya to tap into Cuba’s best healthcare model.

Africanews, 17 de agosto de 2016.The Kenyan government is planning on cooperating with Cuba to help improve and provide quality and affordable healthcare services in the country.

This was discussed in Nairobi on Wednesday when the outgoing Cuban Ambassador to Kenya, Raul Rodriguez Ramos visited President Uhuru Kenyatta to bid farewell.

“Cuba has one of the best health models in the world. I believe there is a lot we can share on health,” President Kenyatta said while looking forward to a broader relationship in agriculture, education, tourism and sports.

In a joint press conference held at the Hilton Hotel in Nairobi, the ambassadors of Venezuela and Cuba Jhony Balsa Arismendi Raul Rodriguez Ramos, condemned the new threats of the government of the United States against Venezuela and called traditional solidarity and support of the people Kenyan and Africa with the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Revolution.
